You really need to read the questions carefully and make sure not to skip over anything because everything you read on the website is informational and helps you throughout the lab.

This site was very useful, though I wish they could break down the information a little more for kids who truly don't understand.

Make sure you do your work accurately and check it before you try to go on, because if your answer is wrong then the site won't let you continue to the next page until your errors are corrected.

Be sure students READ the sections with no questions - it makes the others easier. Switch people if there is trouble with the timing of debris velocity - some seem unable to get the timing down to where they are accurate.

Students often forget to apply the 6 tenths rule even though it is continually stressed in the lab. They get stuck on pages when they forget to apply that concept. It is something the student is to be more conscious of. I have students print out the page they are having trouble with & I help them in class, since the assignment is extra credit for my course.
