This resource is used in the Mountain Building Teaching Box, Lesson 5, activity 2, 'Plate Boundaries and Mountain Formation'. The Plate Tectonics Lab, part 2 (Post Lab) is used as background material for students to familiarize themselves with plate tectonics and the geologic processes at work at convergent and divergent boundaries.
