This resource is used in the Global Ups & Downs: Changing Sea Level Teaching Box, Lesson 3, activity 3: "North American Glaciation". It is used as a visual to show the changes in the extent of the ice sheet and the accompanying changes in sea level in the Bering Strait between Russia and Alaska.
