This resource is used in The Feeding Frenzy: Seasonal Upwelling Teaching Box, Lesson 3: "Seasonal Upwelling". It is used as teacher background information. It is used again in Lesson 3, activity 2: "Re-evaluating the Five Ocean's Pictures" as a teacher tip, and again in Lesson 4: "An Assessment: Read All About It!" to provide a discussion of El Nino and its relationship to upwelling.
