This is the home page for a NSF funded biocomplexity project about lakes, their riparian vegetation and land use, and social and economic organizations of lake users. The project will study the self-organization of lake users and associated characteristics of shoreline and lake ecosystems. The website includes the project proposal, project summary, maps, data, PowerPoint presentations, publications and links to further information.
