United States of America Digital Landsat Mosaics DLESE Reviewed Collection
This resource allows users to increase their understanding of Earth system science and the effects humans have on the global environment. The mosaics were developed primarily from data collected by the Landsat 4 and Landsat 5 satellites. This historical imagery is a record of the conditions on Earth around the year 1990. The CD was developed by NASA Stennis Space Center and the US Geological Survey. It also includes an image viewer and basic Landsat tutorial.
