MY NASA DATA Lesson #76: Rock Star Precipitation DLESE Reviewed Collection
This is a problem-based learning activity in which students pretend they are famous musicians planning a world tour. All performances will be in outdoor amphitheaters. The locations that have been booked so far are: Chile, Venezuela, Greenland and Maine (USA), but no dates have been secured. The students will have to predict the best times to perform in these areas. Detailed procedures, materials, vocabulary linked to an online glossary and teacher notes are provided.
