This non-profit organization provides technical tools and services to community groups, local governments and others to protect streams, lakes, and rivers. The web site features publications related to watershed planning and management and provides summaries of community projects. Technical tools available include Vulnerability Analysis, Watershed Assessment, Rapid Stream Assessment Technique, Retrofit Assessment (stormwater), and Conservation Assessment.
