DLESE description of We Care for Our Climate

The World Meteorological Organization (WMO) created a booklet that aims to explain some of the scientific facts and findings concerning climate questions in a language and style that are easily understandable and attractive to young people. The booklet also suggests some actions that can be undertaken by young people and their families to attenuate the negative impacts of climate change. The arguments presented are interpretations of, or inferences from, some of the findings of the Third Assessment Report of the WMO/UNEP Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC), or are based on reports prepared by nations around the world. The booklet is available in Arabic, Chinese, Croatian, Dutch, English, Finnish, French, Greek, Indonesian, Lithuanian, Papiamento, Portuguese, Spanish, Swedish and Turkish.
