Envirofun
This site shows kids how they can protect the environment. The Earth is treated like a giant spaceship and cartoon characters are used to explain how nature recycles air, land and water. The characters use Earthship Logs to give tips about littering, oil and water pollution, tire disposal, bicycling to reduce air pollution, leaf burning and composting. The activities include quizzes, instructions on how to build a compost bin and a water cycle wheel, a litter hunt, an environmental riddle, and a word fill-in game about the hydrologic cycle.
