Wildfire mitigation is the implementation of various measures designed to reduce the risk of destruction by wildfire. This website provides a number of publications, brochures and general information of use to community members living in the wildland/urban interface. These documents include a guide to rural living, a noxious weed management plan and a wildfire hazard identification and mitigation system manual.
