Give Water a Hand DLESE Reviewed Collection
Give Water A Hand is a national watershed education program designed to involve young people in local environmental service projects. Following the steps in the Give Water A Hand Action Guide, your youth group or class plans and completes a community service project to protect and improve water resources. The free action guide is available for download here. Give Water A Hand program activities are presented in two publications: the youth Action Guide and the Leader Guidebook for youth leaders and teachers. These are easy-to-follow, illustrated guides that show how to organize and carry out effective action-oriented projects. A Spanish version is also offered.
