COSEE-OS is a targeted pilot program with the long-term goal of helping the COSEE Network reach rural and inland audiences. COSEE-OS creates and evaluates a series of interconnected tools and techniques designed to broaden understanding of oceans in the context of the earth and solar systems. The foundation of the program is: educator-researcher team building, showcasing ocean systems, evaluation and identification of high-quality resources, and reaching rural and inland audiences.
