Throughout this WebQuest, you will virtually paddle alongside the explorers of Expedition Susquehanna as they journey 444 miles from the river's headwaters in Cooperstown, New York to the Chesapeake Bay in Maryland. You will investigate water quality and land use and try to decide if the Susquehanna River (and by extension the Chesapeake Bay) can be saved. An introduction, the goals, the process, the conclusion, and how to evaluate students on their performance are all included.
