OAI Data Provider

Metadata from the repository is available for harvesting using the Open Archives Initiative Protocol for Metadata Harvesting (OAI-PMH), v2.0.

To harvest metadata using the OAI protocol, use the following Base URL

  • BASE_URL = http://www.dlese.org/oai/provider

Access the data provider and learn more about the OAI protocol using these tools:

  • Explorer - Use the explorer to issue OAI protocol requests to the data provider and view the XML responses.
  • jOAI Software - jOAI is a free Java-based OAI software application that provides a simple way to harvest or provide metadata using the OAI protocol.
